The CA3060 monolithic integrated circuit consists of an array of
three independent Operational Transconductance Amplifiers
This type of amplifier has the generic characteristics
of an operational voltage amplifier with the exception that
the forward gain characteristic is best described by transconductance
rather than voltage gain (open-loop voltage gain is the
product of the transconductance and the load resistance, gMRL

This is a new old stock device, never used.  The manufacturer is RCA.
RCA has discontinued this part and it is a very rare part to find. Only
one other on Ebay as of this listing (Our price is better).
Even doing a Google search only yielded a few vendors with them
and they were selling them for around Each!!
It is a 16 pin device in a Dual-Inline-Package (DIP).
It is a very interesting IC worthy of the experimenter.
We are selling these in single lots of one at a great price.

A Note to International Customers:
First I want to say that when we receive an order, it is shipped promptly within 1-3 days. Once the order is brought to the post office and shipped, it is out of our hands. Delivery outside of the United States can take anywhere from 1 week all the way up until 12 weeks (Typical though is one to four weeks).
There are numerous reasons for the delay. Typically, packages are delayed in customs, first in the United States and then in overseas customs. We cannot control the time packages are in customs.
If you contact us to see where your item is, and we tell you it has been shipped, that is all we can do. On small packages, we do not use delivery confirmation because of the high cost. The cost to use confirmation overseas will far exceed the price of the item purchased. If the package has not arrived by 12 weeks, we will issue you a refund or a replacement if the item is available.
According to Ebay statistics, only 19% of sellers in the United States will ship overseas. And according to Ebay surveys, those who do not ship overseas site customer complaints from long delivery times as the reason.
We have chosen to do business with our international friends. However, we ask for your patience. Too often we get emails asking where my item is when it has not even been a week or two.
Our next choice will be to either discontinue international sales or charge for delivery confirmation which will add considerably to the cost.
We also want to mention that any customs charges are the responsibility of the buyer. Please
do not ask us how much custom charges are as we have no idea what each country charges.
